Paleo Spaghetti (Squash)

Paleo Spaghetti Squash!



1 Medium Spaghetti Squash (Cut in half and scrap the seeds out)

Home made tomato sauce (I used 1 can tomato paste, 1 can crushed tomato… no sugar, Cooked ground turkey and various italian spices)




As seen in the picture above… poke holes in the squash, lay upside down on a baking pan, pour in about 1/4 cup of water and bake at 350 degrees for about 30-45 minutes until a knife will pierce through the skin easily.

Remove from oven and flip over. Using a fork pull the “meat” away from the edges and it will come out in strings like spaghetti noodles.

Add Spaghetti meat sauce and ENJOY!

    I make my spaghetti sq. in my deep dish baker in the microwave 10-15 min with olive oil and salt and pepper. Tastes great!

    You should really proofread your cooking instructions before posting them online. I’ve noticed typos and in this specific one there is no recommended cooking temperature.
    Simple things to improve the quality of your blog in my opinion.
